Rene’s Pain Relief Massage is a blend of various integrative massage techniques adapted from the works of Paul St. John (Neurosomatic Educators, Inc.), James Waslaski (Orthopedic Massage Therapy), Erik Dalton, Ph.D. (Myoskeletal Alignment), and Paul Kelly (Physiokinetix) who are pioneers and internationally recognized lecturers and experts in the field of advanced manual therapy.

A typical session consists of a postural analysis which is used to help locate the cause of your pain symptoms. Once the evaluation is complete, Rene will explain his findings. Treatments are customized to focus on specific areas of the body to relieve soft tissue discomfort. Rene's goal is to educate you on ways to prevent recurrence of injury through restorative and functional movements that create long-lasting, life-changing results.
