I am a Licensed Massage Therapist certified in Orthopedic Massage and Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, specializing in the treatment of chronic muscular pain and sports therapy. I have been treating athletes and injured clients since 2002. My own experience with chronic lower back pain led me to begin my studies in advanced manual therapy, and specifically, pain relief therapy and sports massage. I offer a holistic approach to improving the body, whether for relief of chronic and debilitating pain, rehabilitating sports and physical injuries, or improving athletic performance. I have had the privilege of being mentored by pioneers and internationally recognized experts in the field of massage therapy, including Paul St. John, James Waslaski, Erik Dalton, Ph.D., and Paul Kelly.
